architectureofdoom: From EuropApart, Slovakia, Florian Rainer. In Ostrovany, a wall was errected, between the Roma Slum and the area of the Slovaks. Additionally, the city build walls which should prevent the Roma from walking through the white neighborhoods. The mayor called these “Sport Walls”, allegedly built to advocate a healthy lifestyle.
